Grayson Rodriguez

Grayson Rodriguez has a long history of working in the tech industry. In 2021, they joined Tangram Flex as a Product Support Specialist, promoting, enhancing, and ensuring a positive user experience of Tangram Flex software products. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at DonorDrive, first as a QA Manager, leading, coaching and supporting a QA team, then as a Senior QA Engineer, designing, developing, and maintaining test automation framework and test cases, and finally as a Client Services Specialist, supporting and training non-profit clients with the use of Global Cloud's cloud-based fundraising software, DonorDrive. From 2006 to 2005, they worked at Apple as a Creative (Trainer), facilitating training of Apple hardware and software with individuals, groups, and businesses, a Family Room Specialist (iOS Technician), and a Sales Specialist (Part Time).

Grayson Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Mathematics from Northern Kentucky University between 2006 and 2010. In 2010, they obtained the Apple Mobile Technician certification from Prometric. In 2011, they obtained the Logic Pro certification from Prometric. In 2014, they obtained the Actuary Exam P/1 - Probability certification. In 2022, they obtained the Remote Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration.
