Daniella B. is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles at reputable companies. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Tanium since December 2021, Daniella previously held the position of Sr. Corporate Counsel at Genesys from 2020 to December 2021 and Corporate Counsel at Sitecore from 2018 to 2020. Daniella’s background also includes working as Corporate Counsel at Oracle from 2014 to 2018 and briefly in the Office of Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Department of Justice in 2010. Daniella's expertise lies in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex commercial, vendor, and marketing agreements. Daniella holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and an undergraduate degree from UC San Diego.
