David Cobaugh

David Cobaugh is a seasoned professional in technical account management and cyber security, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Technical Account Management at Tanium since January 2016. In this role, David oversees the Technical Account Management team in the Northeast region, leads technical sales in the Mid-Atlantic, and is responsible for customer training and deployment of the Tanium Platform. Prior to Tanium, David held the position of Security Team Lead at the Virginia Department of Taxation and spent eight years at Northrop Grumman Corporation, progressing through various roles in cyber security, including Cyber Security Architect and Cyber Incident Analyst. David began a career in technology at Best Buy as a member of the Geek Squad, providing support for electronic devices. David earned a B.S. in Computer Information Technology with a concentration in Information Security from East Carolina University.
