Tim Belding

Tim Belding is an experienced recruiter currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Tanium since September 2019. Previously, Tim worked as a recruiter onsite at YouTube through Nelson Staffing from February 2018 to September 2019, focusing on full lifecycle recruiting for various critical teams. Before that, Tim took a sabbatical from October 2017 to January 2018, during which travel, writing, and learning were key activities. Tim's recruitment career began at One Medical, where a role as West Coast Membership Advisor Manager involved leading a team to achieve record-breaking conversion rates. Tim also excelled in the role of Membership Adviser, setting organizational records for patient sign-ups and maintaining high standards in customer service. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from San Francisco State University.
