Victoria Lam is a seasoned benefits analyst with extensive experience in the benefits consulting and management sector. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Tanium since April 2019, Victoria engages with vendor performance and oversees the benefits program. Prior to this, Victoria held the position of Global Benefits Consulting Associate at Mercer from 2014 to 2018, where responsibilities included project management and client retention strategies for significant enterprise clients, resulting in substantial cost savings. Earlier roles at Mercer (Hong Kong) Limited and WorleyParsons involved developing HR frameworks for benefits optimization and ensuring document control within the Oil and Gas industry. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Business Management from the University of Calgary and has participated in a Student Abroad Program at The University of Hong Kong in 2011.
