Adolfo Aguilera has extensive work experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as an Engineer Co-op at Anheuser-Busch and later as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Ethicon, Inc. Adolfo then joined General Motors in 1999 as a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer until 2005. Following that, they worked at Toyota as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from 2005 to 2009. Aguilera then joined BAE Systems as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2011. Adolfo later moved to TAS Energy Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Manufacturing from 2011 to 2016. Most recently, Aguilera worked at Hoover Ferguson and Tank Holding Corp. as the Vice President of Manufacturing from 2016 to the present.
Adolfo Aguilera holds a Graduate Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Adolfo also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. In addition, they have a Project Management Certificate from the University of Houston. Adolfo also possesses the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
