Gerald Youngblood has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2002. Gerald began their career as a Training Consultant at Shell in 2002, followed by a Training Consultant role at the TX Department of Human Services in 2003. In 2004, they became a Training and Implementation Consultant at PlanView, Inc. and in 2005 they became the Owner and Consultant of Virtual Assistance Group, LLC. In 2006, they joined AMD as a Sr. Manager, Worldwide Commercial Sales & Market Development and held various roles at AMD until 2017. That year, they became the Founder of Tankee Inc. and The Youngblood Firm. In 2019, they were a Mentor in Residence at Longhorn Startup Lab at The University of Texas at Austin and in 2020 they became the Sr. Director, Global Brand, Consumer & Creative at NSF International. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing Officer - North America at Lenovo.
Gerald Youngblood received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Finance and Accounting from American InterContinental University. Gerald also completed undergraduate coursework at Tufts University, and attended Jesuit College Prep.
