Banks Bourne is the Founder and Chairman of Tanner Pharma Group, a global pharma services company focused on increasing patient access to medicines worldwide. Banks is also the CEO and Senior Managing Director of Bourne Partners. With an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University, Banks has a strong background in corporate development and M&A, as well as experience as an investment banker for middle market companies at Wachovia Securities. Additionally, Banks has served as a board member for Covis Pharma, S.à.r.l. and as the Senior Vice President at TITAN Technology Partners.
