Charlie Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlie started their career at MPC Corporation in 1995 as a Business Analyst Supervisor and worked until 2002. After that, they joined the Idaho Department of Transportation as a Technical Records Specialist from 2002 to 2004. Following this, Charlie worked at Idaho State University as a Senior IT Information Systems Technician from 2004 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Taos, where they held multiple roles including Senior Onboarding Lead from 2012 to 2018 and Customer Success Manager from 2018 onwards.
Charlie Anderson's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at Boise State University. They pursued two Bachelor's degrees simultaneously, one in Psychology and the other in Criminal Justice, which they successfully completed in 2009. Following this, Charlie pursued a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at Boise State University for a year.
In addition to their academic degrees, Charlie Anderson has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received the Incident Command System ICS-100 certification from FEMA. In the same year, they also obtained the National Incident Management System IS-700 certification, also from FEMA. In 2015, Charlie earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Peoplecert. Lastly, in 2019, they completed the Leadership Essentials certification program at Cornell University.
