Max Grenzberg has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Max started as a Line Cook at Boathouse Restaurants in 2016 and eventually took on the roles of Bartender & Server and Sous Chef. In 2020, they joined Virtuous Pie as a Head Chef and later became the General Manager. Currently, they are employed at Tap & Barrel Group, where they hold the position of Head Chef.
Max Grenzberg has a diverse education background. In 2015, they began their undergraduate studies at The University of British Columbia, majoring in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Law and Society. Max successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2019.
Following their undergraduate studies, Max pursued further education in the field of business. In 2020, they enrolled at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business. Their studies focused on Business Administration and Management.
In addition to their formal education, Max has also obtained several certifications. Max earned the WSET Level 1 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2023. Max has also obtained certification in Food Safe Level 1 from Food Safe BC and Serving it Right from the BC Responsible Beverage Service Program, although the exact dates of these certifications are not provided.
