Rob Holland is a seasoned chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Chef at Daniel Hospitality Group since April 2009. Holland oversees the Olympic Village location, which seats over 500 guests and has been recognized as one of Vancouver's Best Patios. Additionally, Holland contributes to a Waterfront Pub, specializing in classic pub and comfort food with an emphasis on local seafood and craft beer. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Chef and Sous Chef at ClubLink from January 2005 to January 2008. Rob Holland holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Humber College, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
