Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is currently the CFO at Tap Rock Resources, where Ryan also holds the titles of VP of Finance and Director of Corporate Development. Prior to this, Ryan worked at EnCap Investments L.P. as a Vice President and Associate. Before that, Ryan was an Analyst at Simmons & Company International in the Exploration and Production Group. Ryan also has experience as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in both the Investment Banking Division and Structured Finance Group. Additionally, Ryan has interned at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Valuation practice of the Transaction Services Group and at KeyBanc Capital Markets in oil and gas investment banking. Ryan holds a BBA in Accounting, an MS in Finance, and completed the Professional Program in Accounting at Texas A&M University.
