Xiao Li

Xiao (Lindsey) Li is an accomplished media and entertainment professional with extensive experience in management, content licensing, and production. As the General Manager of Tapas Entertainment in China since 2017, Xiao has established and led the Beijing office, effectively overseeing administration, HR, and finance while building a dedicated team. Previous roles include Content Licensing Manager, where projects spanned multiple regions, and International Coordinator, facilitating key acquisitions. Additional experience includes scriptwriting for Ximalaya, editing and directing for Red Cube Production Inc., and multimedia journalism at SVInsight.com. Xiao holds a Master of Arts in Television, Radio & Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in International Journalism and TV Editing & Directing from the Communication University of China.
