Pat Mitchell

Pat Mitchell has extensive experience as a Director of Engineering in the hospitality industry. They began their career in 1985 at Hyatt Regency Flint and worked there until 1988. From 1988 to 1990, they held the same position at Hyatt Regency Austin. In 1990, they joined Hyatt Regency DFW and remained there until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Hyatt Regency Dallas. Their most recent position was as the Director of Engineering at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa from 2006 to 2020. Currently, they hold the same role at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort, starting in 2021.

Pat Mitchell attended Central Oregon Community College from 1979 to 1980 and graduated with a degree in Industrial Mechanics.
