Cole Rich has been in the industry since 2005, when they began as a Freelance Video Producer, Director and Editor. In 2013, they joined Uber Technologies as a Partner Growth & Support, responsible for partner growth initiatives. In 2017, they became the Customer Retention and Growth Manager at BashPros, where they were head of vendor acquisition across the entire platform and ran day-to-day operations for vendor and customer facing growth. In 2018, they joined Tapcart, where they held several roles including Enterprise Account Manager, Account Manager Mid-Market, Customer Success Lead, and Customer Success. As Customer Success Lead, they were primarily focused on developing customer relationships that promote retention and long term product loyalty, and liaised with product, implementation, and sales teams to ensure the customer experience was seamless throughout their lifecycle.
Cole Rich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2000 and 2004. Cole has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2020: Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Management Foundations, and Predictive Customer Analytics.
