Tommy Tate has extensive experience in product management and finance across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Tapcheck, Tommy focuses on empowering America’s workforce with on-demand pay. In addition, Tommy holds the position of fractional Chief Financial Officer at Katherine Tash Bridal and previously was Vice President of Product Management at Academia.edu, overseeing product design and customer support for 210 million research academics globally. As Chief Product Officer at Bambee, Tommy led the rebuilding of product and design teams, significantly contributing to company growth and a $30 million Series C raise. Tommy has also held various significant roles at Bird and Hulu, driving product strategy, engagement, and innovation across multiple platforms. Educationally, Tommy possesses degrees in Theater, Economics, and Psychology from New York University, UNSW, and the University of Michigan.
