Michael Ladoe

Michael LaDoe has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a significant focus on consumer lending and branch management. Currently serving as the Consumer Lending Manager at TAPCO Credit Union since October 2017, Michael previously held the position of Branch Manager at Verity Credit Union, where leadership of a team of four was emphasized along with member service and location growth. Michael's background includes managerial roles at Umpqua Bank, Rainier Pacific Bank, and various positions at Prudential Financial, Travelers Bank & Trust, and American General Finance. Academically, Michael holds a degree in Speech Communications from Western Washington University, along with studies in Arts and Sciences from Shoreline Community College and a diploma from Edmonds High School.
