David Shoemaker

David Shoemaker has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Production Manager at Tapecon, Inc. since 1983. Throughout their tenure at Tapecon, David has held various managerial roles, including Senior Manufacturing Engineer Manager, Value Stream Manager for Custom Fabrications, Manufacturing Foreman, Pressroom Foreman, and Die-cutting Supervisor. Prior to Tapecon, David gained experience as a Press Operator at Ansel Press Inc. and as a Plant Supervisor at Bison Box Crafters. David began their career as a Press Operator at The Colad Group. David holds an Associate's degree in Business from Villa Maria College, earned between 2006 and 2009.
