Susan Matos

Susan Matos has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Literacy Instructional Coach at Tapestry Charter School since August 2009, working collaboratively with middle school teachers to enhance curriculum rigor and literacy engagement. Previously, Susan held roles as an 8th Grade Language Arts Teacher and Team Leader, also contributing to the Instructional Leadership Team. Prior to their education career, Susan gained experience in finance at companies such as Cadbury Adams, Graphic Controls, and Warner Lambert. Susan earned a Master’s in Education with a focus on Literacy from Canisius University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bates College.
