David Chess, MD

David Chess, MD has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. David is the Founder CEO and CMO of TapestryHealth, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they served as the Founder, CMO, and CSO of TripleCare Inc. (eSNF) from 2011 to 2017. In 2009, they worked as the CMO of Clinically Home, a platform that provided hospital at home services using telemedicine. David also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Care Initiatives, Inc from 2004 to 2009. In 1996, they founded and served as the CEO of PriMED Physicians. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as the President of NP Care. David started their career with a private practice as an Internist and Geriatrician from 1985 to 1996. David also served as the Chief Executive Officer of First Aid Urgent Care from 1988 to 1992.

David Chess, MD completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Brooklyn College in the years 1970 to 1973. David then pursued further education at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences from 1975 to 1977, although the specific degree obtained during this period is not provided.
