Kate Donovan

Kate Donovan, President of Global Talent Solutions Strategy and Center of Excellence at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, has a strong background in leading RPO and TAPFIN business lines. With experience in managing large teams and driving product innovation, Kate has successfully delivered workforce solutions to clients globally. Prior to their current role, Kate served as the Managing Director at ManpowerGroup Solutions and as a Senior Vice President at Veritude, where Kate played a key role in overseeing the business with Fidelity Investments. Kate holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross and an MS in Communications from Boston University.
