Eddie Jacobs

Eddie Jacobs is a Sales Associate at Tapi Carpets & Floors since June 2020, responsible for scheduling fitting appointments, liaising between customers and flooring fitters, and managing customer complaints. Previous experience includes serving as a Sales Support Associate at Kronospan in a German-speaking office, where Eddie adapted to communication challenges and gained extensive knowledge of MDF board and flooring manufacturing. Eddie also completed an internship at AIMA - The Alternative Investment Management Association, gaining insights into workflow and financial terminology. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages at the University of Nottingham, Eddie has also completed an Intensive Russian Language Course and studied Germanistik and History at the University of Bremen.
