Arai Shenessary is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in analysis and development. Currently serving as the Lead Information Technology Analyst at ONE Technologies since May 2019, Arai has successfully identified and addressed the business needs of the organization while adhering to legal and risk restrictions. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Development Analyst at DAR, where Arai optimized business processes and developed specifications for the CRM system, and as a Software Analyst at Alseco, responsible for system integration and payment monitoring. Arai began the career as an IT Analyst and QA Engineer at RPS Asia, focusing on client interactions, technical documentation, and testing for banking applications. Arai holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
