Jaime Pesquera Vallés

Jaime Pesquera serves as the General Counsel for Tappa since June 2022, focusing on data privacy compliance and technology transactions. In March 2023, Jaime became a founding member of The L Suite, a selective community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels. As Principal and Co-Founder of Grupo Power, LLC, established in August 2021, Jaime provides legal counsel and strategic planning for joint ventures in construction, green energy, and recycling. Prior legal experience includes serving as General Attorney at Nevares, Sánchez-Alvarez & Cancel, PSC, where Jaime guided businesses in formation and managed real estate transactions. Previous roles include associate attorney and law clerk positions at various legal offices beginning in 2007. Jaime holds an MBA in International Business from EU Business School, a J.D. from Universidad de Puerto Rico, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
