Kathleen M Laparle

Kathleen M LaParle is an experienced educator and human resources professional with a diverse background in teaching and HR management. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher in Public School Districts of Cedar Grove, Livingston, Millburn/Short Hills, and West Orange since March 2022, Kathleen specializes in reading language arts and STEAM education for grades K-8. In addition, Kathleen has been the Human Resources Project Director at Taproot Foundation since November 2014, offering HR advisory services to startup nonprofits and overseeing various key projects.
