Subrat Nayak is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in product development, strategy, and management. Currently serving as the Founder and Executive Chairman of Vetty since January 2016, Subrat Nayak leads a platform specializing in identity and background verification, revolutionizing candidate-centric hiring processes. In addition, Subrat Nayak holds the position of Pro Bono Strategy Director at Taproot Foundation and mentors startups at New York University and New Jersey Institute of Technology. Previous roles include Director of Product and Strategy at SterlingBackcheck, Senior Manager at Reed Elsevier/LexisNexis, and Product Marketing Manager at MetLife. Subrat Nayak holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
