Daniel D'Agostini

Daniel D'Agostini has a strong background in ethics and compliance, with their most recent role being at TAQA Group as the Ethics & Compliance Manager and Head of Global Investigations. Daniel obtained their LL.M. degree in Law & Economics from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012. Prior to that, they completed another LL.M. program in Corporate Law/Finance/Accounting at the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2008 to 2010.

Daniel'sundergraduate degree is a J.D. from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they earned from 2003 to 2007.

In terms of certifications, Daniel obtained a New York Bar qualification from the New York State Supreme Court in September 2011.
