Neil Paterson Ceng Fiet

Neil Paterson PhD CEng FIET serves as Engineering Manager and Electrical Technical Authority at TAQA since June 2014. Previously held roles include Electrical Technical Authority for the North Sea Region at BP from February 2004 to June 2014, Senior Electrical Design Engineer at AMEC from February 2001 to February 2004, and Electrical Design Engineer at British Energy from January 2000 to February 2001. Additionally, Neil worked as a Hydro Generation Engineer and Senior Authorised Person at SSE plc from July 1997 to January 2000. Academically, Neil holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both from Robert Gordon University.
