Karina Grosheva has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and finance sectors. Karina started their career in 2006 as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked on financial statement audits, agreed upon procedures, interim review engagements, financial due diligence, and limited review procedure for public and private companies in the Technology, InfoComm, Entertainment, and Media industries. In 2008, they moved to Accenture as a Consultant. In 2011, they joined Intelliq as a Senior Associate. From 2013 to 2014, they worked with the United Nations on the International Aid Transparency Initiative Project. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of TaQadam, a company that makes visual data AI-ready by transforming imagery collected by satellites and drones into valuable insights with humans-in-the-loop, computer vision, and mapping technologies. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer at SDXspace.
Karina Grosheva's education history includes a Diploma of Economist from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, which they obtained between 2003 and 2009. Karina also completed Becker Certified Public Accountant preparation courses at the City University of New York School of Law in 2009. In 2012, Karina completed Professional Education courses in International Cooperation and Development at the United Nations University in Tokyo, Japan. Karina then went on to obtain a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in International Development, Public Policy and Management from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in 2014. Karina also holds certifications in Certified Public Accountant from the New York State - office of Professions in 2013, Insights for Innovation from IDEO U in 2016, and Building Better Response from the United Nations.
