Renato Dias is the Founder and CEO of TAQE. Prior to TAQE, Renato was a Social Media Professor at ESPM from June 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for teaching the Digital Marketing MBA course. From January 2013 to December 2013, Renato served as the President of the Social Media Committee at IAB. In this role, they coordinated the activities of the committee, including the creation of best practices guides and events. Prior to IAB, Renato worked as the Internet and Digital Media Manager at Natura from November 2003 to June 2010. In this role, they were responsible for Natura's first social media program. During their time at Natura, Renato managed over 10 initiatives that aimed marketing and knowledge management objectives. Renato was also in charge of the strategic plan, management of providers in Argentina and United States, team recruiting, editorial line creation, platform development, training, communication and result analysis of the program. As leader of the strategic project, Renato reported frequently to the directors, vice-presidents and president of the company. Prior to Natura, Renato worked as a Media Planner at Isobar from April 2002 to October 2003.
Renato Dias has a Masters in Enterprise Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Degree in Advertising and Marketing from Universidade Paulista.
