Brian Dolan

Brian Dolan began their work experience in 1987 as a Financial Analyst at Metropolitan Life. Brian then moved on to Tufts Health Plan in 1988, where they worked as the Manager of Risk Contracting. From 1990 to 1996, they served as the Benefits Practice Unit Manager at Hewitt Associates. Following that, Dolan joined Towers Perrin as a Principal, a position they held from 1997 to 2005. In 2005, they became the SVP of Business Development at Uniprise. From 2006 to 2010, they held dual roles as the Chief Customer Solutions Officer and EVP of Sales and Account Management at Active Health Management. Dolan then joined Rally Health / Audax Health in 2012, assuming the roles of Chief Customer Solutions Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they became the President of TARA Mind.

Brian Dolan attended Bowdoin College from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. Brian then went on to pursue further education at Clark University from 1985 to 1987, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance.
