Ajay Sharma

Following his graduation from Delhi University, Mr. Ajay Sharma went on to do a Post-Graduation in Human Resource from BVIMR, University of Pune, PG Diploma in labor Law, Advanced Human resource program from IIM Ahmadabad and also Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta. Before joining TFSL in 2020, Mr. Sharma had over 20 years of priceless experience in the HR field across companies like Satin Creditcare Network Limited, Nirulas’ Hotels & Restaurants, RPG Enterprises and Tata Group – Eureka Forbs. With his exposure in leadership and management in Corporate HR & Consulting businesses, Mr. Sharma is skilled in HR Strategy, Policies, Planning, Talent Acquisition & Engagement, Training, PMS & Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS – ERP, HR and Statutory Compliances, etc. He has also closely associated with the NSDC – National Skills Development Council and the SSC – Sector Skills Councils, on training and development initiatives.
