Zayna Petzing is an experienced property accountant with a strong background in financial management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at Targa Real Estate Services since April 2022, Zayna previously held similar roles at Commencement Bay Development and JSH Properties, Inc., where responsibilities included accounts payable and receivable, as well as managing the accounting calendar to ensure timely payments. Additionally, Zayna is the Owner/Partner of Craver's Rent A Space, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills and leadership in the property rental industry since 2010.
