Harpal Singh

Harpal Singh is a Senior Draughtsman currently employed at Target Engineering Construction Co LLC since October 2018, specializing in the Integrated Gas Development (IGD) Expansion Project – Phase 2 for the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Co.
