At the end of 2011, Serge Mumbu decided to found Target. The idea takes shape quickly. He surrounds himself with enthusiastic young people with whom he has had to work for almost a decade. Senior Partner of Target, Serge Mumbu holds a degree in Business Administration, marketing option from the Protestant University in Congo.

In 1999, barely out of university with four other friends, he created Experts. A market research firm of which he is the managing partner. In twelve years at the head of this institution, he has specialized in managing quantitative and qualitative market research projects, presenting the results of studies, writing reports and strategic recommendations to clients.

The duties performed by Serge Mumbu have taken him to travel to several countries in the region: Congo, Burundi, Rwanda and Gabon in particular. He has also acquired experience in terms of leading focus groups, individual interviews and conference debates, particularly in universities (IFASIC, UNIKIN, UCC, UPC, etc.)

Between March 2010 and September 2011, he criss-crossed the DRC from North to South, from East to West to train media professionals in audience research and market negotiations under the sponsorship of France Expertise Internationale, a public establishment in industrial character that offers technical assistance and French expertise abroad.

Current representative of Esomar in the DRC (world association of market research professionals), he joined in early 2015 WIN/Gallup International, one of the largest associations of research firms whose main objective is to guarantee companies and consumers market research that meets high quality standards.
