Carolina Rayar

Carolina Rayar is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and application development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Target, Carolina has previously held key positions including Director of Technology at Smart Care Equipment Solutions, Director of IT - Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group, and Software Architect Technical Lead at AIC. Carolina's career began as a Senior Web Application Developer at TEKsystems. In terms of education, Carolina is currently pursuing a Chief Technology Officer Program in Executive Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, following a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas.
