Sheila Gore

Sheila Gore is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Target, currently serving as Sr Director of Indirect Supply Chain, overseeing a significant inbound throughput of more than $3 billion in indirect and non-retail items for over 1800 stores. Previously, Sheila held the title of Sr. Director Procurement, managing operational requirements for over $6 billion in spend, and contributed to the global production operations of Newborn, Infant, and Toddler Apparel as Sourcing Director. Additional roles include Sr Global Sourcing Manager, Product Manager, and Buyer, where Sheila was instrumental in vendor management and cost negotiations across various categories. Sheila began their career as a Buyer at Sears Holding Corp, driving $5 million in sales through effective product assortment purchasing. Sheila is an alumnus of Illinois State University.
