Hayley Cozart O’Barr

Hayley Cozart O'Barr began their work experience in 2009 as a CNA Hospice Aide at Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Wake Forest Baptist Health, starting as an Intern in the Employee Wellness Department before becoming a Health Promotion Specialist and then a Health Promotion Coordinator. In 2016, they joined MicroMass Communications, Inc. as a Community Engagement Liaison and later became an Account Executive. In 2018, they moved to MedThink Communications where they worked as a Senior Account Executive. Currently, they are employed at Targetbase since 2019, initially serving as an Account Supervisor and now as an Account Director.

Hayley Cozart O’Barr has a Master's Degree in Public Health from Liberty University, which they obtained in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, with a minor in Psychology and Exercise Science, from Appalachian State University. This degree was completed between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Hayley also holds additional certifications. Hayley is a Certified Intrinsic Health Coach from Intrinsic Solutions, International, which they obtained in January 2015. Hayley is also a Freedom From Smoking Facilitator certified by the American Cancer Society, which they obtained in June 2014.
