William Lipman

Vice President, Technology Delivery at Targetbase Marketing, Inc.

William Lipman has over 30 years of experience in the technology and marketing industry.

Their most recent role is as Vice President of Technology Delivery at Targetbase, a position they have held since October 2021. In this role, Lipman is responsible for integrating marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement across channels. William oversees architecture, enterprise and vendor integrations, client engagements, and supports new business development.

Prior to their current role, Lipman worked at Epsilon for 8 years, starting in November 2013. Before Epsilon, Lipman was the Technology Engagement Director at Medical Home Network in 2013. In this role, they developed data warehouse solutions to enhance care coordination through analytics and information exchange between healthcare providers.

From 2007 to 2012, Lipman served as the Information Technology Director at The Allant Group. William developed multi-channel marketing database solutions, worked with analytics teams to determine optimal marketing strategies, and managed multiple teams to ensure efficient solution development.

From 2001 to 2007, Lipman worked as an Information Technology Director at Experian. William built products utilizing large-scale databases, integrated them with customer systems, and developed customized solutions for various clients.

In the late 90s, Lipman held the position of Senior Technical Manager at Acxiom. William was responsible for designing and implementing marketing database solutions.

Lipman's early career includes a role as a Senior Technical Manager at Rapp Collins, where they initiated and maintained loyalty solutions for clients across multiple industries. William also worked as a Project Leader at General Dynamics.

Throughout their career, Lipman has demonstrated expertise in data warehousing, customer analytics, CRM solutions, and marketing database development.

William Lipman attended the University of Arizona from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Their studies focused on Management Information Systems and Philosophy.
