Lajos Dekany

Lajos Dekany has extensive experience in payroll and international operations. Lajos currently serves as the Director of International Operations - Payroll at TCWGlobal, where they resolve HR and payroll issues and ensures compliance with labor regulations. Lajos also trains and supports team members on international operations processes.
