Christina Bovi serves as a Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR Processes & IT at TARGOBANK since September 2013, specializing in HR Marketing, Employer Branding, Recruiting, and HR Project Management. Prior to this role, Christina held the position of Senior HR Manager and Senior Expert Personnel Development at Kölner Institut für Managementberatung from July 2001 to August 2013, focusing on HR consulting, management diagnostics, and training.
