Penny W. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2008, they began working as an Adjunct Lecturer at New Jersey City University, where they taught until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Camden County College. In 2011, they joined Rutgers University as an Adjunct, a role they held until 2020. Simultaneously, in 2012, they became an Adjunct at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, where they worked until 2013. Penny then joined Fordham University as an Adjunct Lecturer from 2012 to 2020. In 2019, Penny took on the role of Communications Consultant at Your Compliance Guys, LLC, where they worked until 2020.
