Debbie McLaughlin has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Debbie served as Vice President of Distribution Development at Tarkett from 2018 to present, where they were responsible for ensuring a world-class customer experience and promoting Tarkett's brands in the marketplace. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience Resilient in North America from 2013 to 2018, where they developed and executed a customer-centric service model.
From 2008 to 2013, Debbie was Vice President of Residential Customer Experience at Tarkett, where they directed and supported the relocation of residential multi-functional teams. Before that, they worked as Director of Customer Relationship Management at Tarkett from 1999 to 2008, managing retailers, tracking sales, and showroom display productivity.
Debbie also has experience as Director of the Information Marketing Group at Tarkett from 1995 to 1999, where they managed over 25,000 retailer accounts and developed market share analysis. Debbie started their career at Tarkett as Manager of Retailer Programs from 1993 to 1995, focusing on developing customer relationships and implementing sales strategies.
Before joining Tarkett, Debbie worked as a Senior Account Manager at Integrated Marketing Services from 1987 to 1993. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Coordinator at Fidelity Investments from 1985 to 1987 and as a Customer Service/Inside Sales representative at Novartis from 1982 to 1985.
Debbie McLaughlin attended Green Mountain College from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, they obtained a certification in SAP SME from SAP.
