Sergey Khit

Sergey Khit is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Tarkett Sommer & HR Operations TEE Division since May 2018, overseeing comprehensive HR services, including HR planning, organization development, hiring, training, and legal procedures. In this role, Sergey is also the owner of the Technical Experts Program and coordinates various HR projects. Prior to this, Sergey held multiple HR positions at LafargeHolcim from January 2008 to December 2017, including HR Business Partner for Support Functions, where responsibilities included strategic people planning and conflict mediation, as well as roles in training, communications, and organizational development, significantly contributing to HR process establishment during a post-merger transformation.
