Walter Gonçalves

Walter Gonçalves began their work experience in 1987 at Fibra SA as an Industrial Manager, where they worked until 1998. Walter then joined Tarkett as an Industrial Director from November 1998 to December 2007. From January 2008 to January 2013, they served as the Managing Director at Tarkett. Finally, they became the Latin America Vice President at Tarkett in January 2013, a position they currently hold.

Walter Gonçalves holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, which they obtained between 1982 and 1986. Walter later pursued further education, completing an International Executive MBA from the University of São Paulo - FIA between 2000 and 2002. Walter also attended several executive programs and seminars, including those at Columbia University, EMLYON Business School, and Vanderbilt University. Additionally, they obtained a Post MBA degree and completed a Financial Management program at Fundação Instituto de Administração - FIA in 2006 and 2004 respectively. Walter also participated in international management study tours at the University of Cambridge - Judge Institute of Management.
