Ingrid Perroud

Ingrid Perroud possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DRH at TARMAC AEROSAVE since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ingrid held the position of DRH Region at DAHER from February 2016 to January 2023, overseeing an organization with 1,700 employees. Ingrid's career also includes significant roles at Groupe SEB, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy deployment and administrative management, and at EURALIS, where Ingrid managed seasonal workforce recruitment for a fluctuating employee base. Earlier experience includes positions at Safran and SPRIA, focusing on operational HR advisory and personnel administration, as well as foundational HR support as an assistant at EURALIS. Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in private law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a DESA in personnel administration from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
