Justin Feinberg

Mr. Feinberg is our Assistant General Counsel. He is a business-minded problem solver with significant experience counseling companies on securities law and corporate matters, with a specific focus on SEC reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings. Throughout the course of his career, he has advised on numerous high-value domestic and cross-border corporate and securities transactions, providing business and legal advice at all transaction stages from initial business negotiations through post-closing and business unit integration matters. In addition, he has broad and extensive experience providing day-to-day advice regarding SEC and stock exchange compliance, general corporate and corporate governance matters, and commercial contract matters. Prior to joining Taronis Fuels, Inc., Mr. Feinberg gained experience and training at some of the largest law firms in the world. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he earned a position as an editor of The George Washington Law Review, and his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
