Bill Chait

Bill Chait has a long history of work experience. Bill began their career in 1985 as a Director and President of Louises. In 1998, they became a Director of LT Acquisition Corp. and in 1999, they became Managing Partner of Spark Restaurants LLC. In 2011, they became Managing Partner of Sotto Restaurant and in 2012, they became Managing Partner of Bestia Restaurant, Managing Partner of Republique LLC, and Managing Partner of short cake. In 2013, they became Managing Partner of Vibiana Events LLC and in 2016, they became President of Tartine JV.

Bill Chait attended Beverly Hills High School from 1975 to 1978, where they graduated. Bill then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1978 to 1982, studying Business without obtaining a degree.
