Kristen Duverge is the Manager of Contract Recruiting for Tarvos Talent, LLC in Austin, Texas. In this role, Kristen specializes in interim Accounting, Finance and HR recruitment, and business development. Prior to joining the Tarvos team, Kristen spent over 8 years building a multi-million-dollar business in high-end retail. She recruited, trained and developed a high-performing team while smashing sales goals and managing day-to-day operations. With her background in customer service and hospitality, Kristen passionately builds relationships and exceeds expectations of both clients and candidates. She is a Las Vegas native and has lived all over the U.S., including metros like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, and puts Austin atop any “best places” list. Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, Joel, her 2 beautiful girls, Anabelle and Sofia, and the 2 family dogs. She is a lover of food, fashion, and travel.
