Yarden Shtruzman

Yarden Shtruzman is a Partner at TASC Consulting & Capital since August 2014, specializing in financial close procedures for international consortiums and major Israeli corporations, handling projects worth hundreds of millions USD, as well as providing consultation on large-scale tenders in renewables, infrastructure, and public transportation, along with multiple M&A deals exceeding a billion USD. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate at KPMG from October 2011 to July 2014, where Yarden collaborated with financial officers in energy and health sectors on reports to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and conducted analyses of complex contracts. Yarden also served as a Teacher Assistant at Tel Aviv University in the MBA and undergraduate Accounting programs and engaged in academic tutoring for high school students through The Center for Educational Technology. Yarden holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the same institution.
